In Orange County, California, many children are living in cheap motels that are usually associated with drug dealers, prostitutes, and illicit affairs. It is the only option for these families that are struggling financially and can't afford apartments. Chef Bruno Serato serves up free pasta to these deprived children in Orange County. His service was inspired by his mother.
