On "Piers Morgan Tonight," Matt Damon claims that President Obama misinterpreted his mandate. He also says that it would help if the mission in Afghanistan was better articulated. He is also pushing for a meaningful reform in Wall Street because he believes the financial crisis is just going to take place again.
